How do I place an order?

Browse our store, select your size and color, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@carldross.store as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

What is your return policy?

What if my item doesn't fit?
